I have one on yahoo, but my photos are not showing up, i can see them myself and i have tried and tried to make it visible to others but sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesnt..i have it on public so everyone should be able to see them

I’d highly suggest Livejournal. It’s owned by the same people as greatestjournal, but greatestjournal is copy, and not nearly as active as LJ, at least from what I’ve seen. GJ has more user pics, but LJ has much better people on it. It’s very friendly and has many interesting communities, and allows RSS feeds.
