Best Video hosting service?

I am a big fan of Anime (still a newbie though). And I too want to share Anime under different categories on my blog. Like Naruto Shippuden, Full Metal Panic, etc. I tried Blip.tv and uploaded few episodes of NS and after two days I saw that my account was terminated due to some copyright act.

The main issue is that they didn’t even warn me through any email. All I got was a final email stating that my account was terminated.

Now I am desperate to upload the episodes and other anime stuff. I have a plan to buy Custom flash player for my blog so that I can upload my videos on my blog directly.

Plz tell me that if I follow this, then will my blog hosting account be terminated too?

Or if you know a better way to share those episodes on my blog then plz tell me.

Coz I also want to earn something from it, e.g. Blip.tv would pay me for placing their ads on the video (and the payment is quite high too, like 50% of total revenue generated by ads).
